This one bedroom apartment is a really good size with an open plan kitchen, bedroom that can fit a super king size bed, good wardrobe space and extra cupboard space int he entrance hall way, from the living room you have a nice large terrace and you have views to the hills and a part sea view, within the development you have a small communal gym area, games rooms with a pool table and ping pong, great access for disabled people and anyone with a small child as there are ramps all around the development for easy access, as you enter into the urbanisation you have waterfalls and lots of plants in the centre of the building, glass lifts so you can see the view which is really pretty, this is one of the nicest buildings on the beach front of Estepona, it is only a small development and mainly residential which is nice, walking tot he port in around 12 minutes and you have direct access to one of the best beaches here in Estepona, great location in a lovely building.
