The house is distributed over 3 floors. The house is accessed through the main floor, where we find a spacious living room with direct access to the terrace with wonderful views of the sea, the mountains and panoramic views. In the living room we can find access to the dining room, and the renovated kitchen with top quality appliances and a laundry area.
If we go down to the next floor we find 3 rooms, the main one with bathroom en suite and a large dressing room, apart from a reading rest area. The second bedroom also has a bathroom en suite and dressing room, and the third room for small children, and the bathroom on the landing of the middle floor.
