The farm is composed of two zones, an urban strip, adjacent to Calle Marbella, a fort
slope and elongated shape, and a back part of Non-developable Land, with a steep slope and
irregular shape. In the economic study, the plot area is adopted according to cadastre, that is,
739.00 m2 of urban land with urban development.
In spite of the fact that 100% of the plot can be occupied, a surface area of 587 m2 is considered occupied,
leaving a strip of 3m wide at the bottom of the plot for patio. The bottom of the plot on the ground
urban area, adjoins the portion of undeveloped land and although it is the same property, it is not
allowed to open gaps towards it.
