When you step into the apartment into the hall, the fully equipped kitchen is right in front from the hall, from the kitchen you reach the terrace. Elviria
Elviria is a nice part of Marbella, only 15 minutes by car to Marbella Town and approximately the same to Fuengirola. It is a large residential area, especially popular amongst expats. Here you will find one of the best beaches of the Costa del Sol. Only a few minutes away, you have Cabopino Puerto, which is a charming marina. In Elviria you also have Santa Maria Golf, which is an 18-hole Golf course, and the world famous beach Club, Nikki Beach. Properties of all types can be found here, mainly good value apartments, almost all with sea views.
Marbella
For many, Marbella is the trade mark of the Costa del Sol. The close to 140,000 residents who live here, spread over 100 nationalities, has made Marbella into one of the most cosmopolitan and fashionable areas on the Costa del Sol. With no less than 17 golf courses it’s also the absolute favourite destination for Golf enthusiasts. In the centre of the old town of Marbella is the Orange Square, offering visitors a wide variety of restaurants and bars. Many International Schools are also located here and just west of Marbella is the well-known Marina Puerto Banús with luxury boutiques and top restaurants. The popular areas Nueva Andalucia and San Pedro de Alcántara also form part of Marbella. Estimated travel time to Malaga airport from Marbella is around 45 minutes.
