Fat walls, large patio ideal for parties and long nights, and different other terraces (including a solarium of about 16m2), barbecue area and outdoor kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom en suite and a copy of a hammam type bathroom, electric cooker and hot water with butane gas. Many typical details of a house of that time, have been saved after the last reform done in the year 2013. At the same time all electricity, pipes and windows turned into double-glazed, have also changed.
