Option 1: Divide the plot in two and build another villa. The PGOU from Mijas allows a construction of 25% for a minimum plot of 800m². Refurbish the actual house, kitchen, guest WC, living room with fireplace, 6 bedrooms, 3 en-suite bathrooms, private terrace and swimming pool.
Option 2: Build a residence or hotel on the entire plot, as there is the possibility to develop a project with a construction of around 1200m², plus basement for garage (which don’t count toward the total build size), a garden and pool.
