El Sexmo is a town in the Valle de Guadalhorce with local school and shops etc and only 30 minutes from Malaga by car, if you take the short drive to Cartama Estación or Campanillas you can catch a train. The Feria in El Sexmo happens on September 12th with processions, dancing, sports tournaments, horse competitions etc.
This property is located a short drive from the school in El Sexmo, its located down a quiet country lane with only access for neighbours, It is registered as a “Yeguada” (equine breading centre) so has the larger OCA horse licence. (There used to be 37 horses here).

The other side of the driveway on the lower level are some animal pens and a paddock currently housing some geese, chickens and a horse, these pens are next to a large open irrigated area that could be used for planting or be changed to paddocks.
