Playa Lobón is a small beachside urbanization whose main feature is its huge garden with two large swimming pools and many mature trees and shrubs. This size of garden and green space is extremely rare on the Costa del Sol. The urbanization is very secure, with locked gates. You walk from the house through the garden directly to the beach, where there are views of Gibraltar and the north African coast. Within five minutes’ walk there is a sandy bay (Cristo beach) which has two chiringuitos. The bay at Cristo beach was dredged years ago and, as a consequence, provides a very safe and secure, shallow dip into the warm sea for children.

Marbella is a large town with a modern part and a traditional old town, with orange trees and restaurants surrounding the old square, with cobbled streets leading off it.
