The Plot is part of Phase IV of the Sector of Ordenable Building Land, it has an irregular polygonal shape, it extends parallel to the road that delimits it, with a pronounced slope. There is a channel that runs through the plot in its longest part, from north to south, parallel to the street.
There are no buildings or crops in the interior of the same, presenting vegetation, although of little importance.
The plot is located in a peripheral area of the population center of the municipality of Marbella, eminently tourist character. Well connected through relatively direct access to the A-7. The topography of the land is rugged.
On the plot a municipal license of works issued by the Iltmo was granted. City Council of Marbella, dated 05/10/2005, according to project written by Tomás López Claras, for 12 semi-detached houses (Building 1813.56 m2t, occupation of 9.62%). Basic project endorsed on 07/25/2001, execution project drafted by Iralburu Elizalbe on 02/08/2004.
The urbanization is not finished or received by the City Council. The building license is authorized in advance, on land for development.
In spite of being a sector that is not consolidated, the state of urbanization is acceptable, it does not show signs of vandalism and even having a large part of the infrastructures executed. The public road is in good general condition, except for part of the steely that are completely occupied by vegetation. The interior of the plot is completely empty except for the plant species that grow seasonally each year, next to the river bed.
