Cortijo-style property suitable for business.
The potential here is incredible. With a eight bedrooms sprawled over two buildings, an oil and grape press, a feature central fountain and an immense 217,000m2 of land, the money-making possibilities are endless.
There are two houses on the plot. A large cortijo que rustic features that would work perfectly as a bed and breakfast, with many room and communal areas to be made the most of. The second property could either be an extension of the business or a home for the future owners, a large property that stretches far back, the space just seems to keep giving eventually leading to room where the animals are kept with access to the land.
In the centre of the two houses is a large fountain, a stunning centre piece. There is also plenty of room to park.
The property is a sort of blank canvas, but the traditional character features shine.
PIZARRA
Pizarra is a charming, small village located along the local railway line between Málaga and Alora.
Surrounded with beautiful nature and rich irrigated lowlands with citrus and other fruit trees, it is perfect for outdoor lovers.
The village has many restaurants and bars where you can enjoy local food, drinks and a typical Andalusian night out. The village also has an interesting Municipal Museum, which was created to exhibit the collection of the famous American painter Gino Hollander, who lived in the area for many years.
20 km. North of Pizarra, you find El Chorro and the famous ‘El Caminito del Rey’. This is a walkway pinned along the steep walls of a narrow cliff. It used to be the most dangerous walkway of the world, but after years of extensive repairs and renovations it is now one of the most popular tourist attractions of the area.
Pizarra is only a 30 minutes (35 km.) drive from Málaga, the airport and the beaches of the Costa del Sol and offers the best of both worlds.
