The fundamental feature of this apartment is the vast terrace that is in 3 adjoining sections spread along the front of the building with views to the Mediterranean across Puerto Banus. Although this is a ground floor apartment, the the building is at such an elevation that the views are better than many of the penthouses available today. The lay out of the 3 sections of the terrace, as the photographs show, are sunbathing, dining and lounging… but it is entirely your choice how the terrace flows.
