This nice apartment in Playamar is located in an elevated position and thus has a great view of Torremolinos and parts of the Mediterranean. From here you can easily reach both the beach at Playa Bajondillo and the motorway to Malaga / Marbella. The lovely terrace wraps around half the apartment and here you can enjoy either the morning sun having your morning coffee or the shade in the afternoon, depending o which part of the terrace you are on. The apartment consists of a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with shower and an additional bedroom and a bathroom with tub. The bright kitchen includes a small patio that is used as a laundry area. The community offers a pool and a garage from where the elevator goes directly up to the apartment. Right next to the parking lot is a storage room. Within walking distance there are restaurants, bars and some shops.
Torremolinos is the town on the Costa del Sol, which saw the first of the charter tourism in the 1960s and 70s. The Malaga airport is only a few kilometres away. Torremolinos has 67.000 inhabitants of more than 100 nationalities. With 7 kilometres of sandy beaches from Malaga in the east to Benalmadena in the west, it makes the ideal spot. The district of La Carihuela, which was originally a small fishing village, has become very famous, because of its many fish and seafood restaurants, regarded as some of the best in Spain. In Torremolinos you can also find other attractions, such as the Torremolinos Aqua Park, with the highest waterslide in Europe, the Crocodile Park or the Botanic Gardens.
