Finca Tintorera is a derelict ruin on 40 hectares ( 400,000 m2 ) of fertile farmland which borders the River Genal.
It consists of a very old mill plus outbuildings to renovate. There is a large proportion of flat land which has 800 metres of river frontage plus three wells. The farm would be ideal for growing organic vegetables, fruit, olives, grazing animals etc. There is also a large area of woodland including cork trees which already provide a substantial income.
Outline planning from the local town hall is already in place for certain business uses, e.g. Training centre, equestrian centre or rehab retreat.
There are two villages just a short drive away and the Coast or Ronda are within an hours drive.
