Villa is ideally situated within walking distance of all amenities. Fuengirola is a 5 minute drive away 1.5 kms and the picture village of Mijas 10 minutes by car. There are shops, supermarkets ,bars, restaurants and a local Saturday market all within a very short walk.
The Villa itself is all on one level. Directly from the living room is a small balcony where you can sit and watch the sun go down. The property is South West facing and has the added advantage of all day sun.
The pool area is on a lower level and gated off for children’s safety and can be illuminated for evening entertainment. It is very private, and wonderful to relax and sunbathe. The pool is kidney shaped 8×4 meters the access into the pool is by roman type steps descending gradually, again making it easier for people with disabilities. To make a more enjoyable stay there is also a BBQ and bar.
