This Finca in Coin in the Guadalhorce Valley lies equidistant from Marbella, the airport, Ronda and the white villages in the inland of Malaga. The centre of Coin is some 4 km away and to the coast road N 340 to La Cala de Mijas requires approximately 15 minutes driving time.
The property offers throughout the year a special microclimate, due to the protection by the Sierra de Mijas, the height above sea level, the lush vegetation of the property and the huge amount of water through the 3 wells that are on the farm. The property offers an true paradise with tropical trees, herbs, tropical fruit trees, fruit and vegetables, the waterfall, the lake, 3 residential buildings, stables, and all this at a size of more than four hectares.
Having entered the plot, on the left hand site is the Guest house situated, the main house is on the right in each case on a hill in an elevated position with stunning views of the mountains and the countryside. Both buildings are located 500 meters from each other. In the valley of the calm zones of the property is laocated the lake (45 m long and 18 m wide and 4 m deep) with the bar and barbecue area and patio, salt water pool, and the wine cellar. This area is designed so that you can virtually compare it to a restaurant operation. The lake is used as a swimming pool, which is also anglers the opportunity to pursue their hobby.

At the edge of the property lays the house for the administrator of the Finca ( 60 m² ) He lives there since the beginning of 2006, working and taking care of the whole property.
On the property are species which are common in tropical areas such as avocado, passion fruit, lychee, mango, papaya, etc. The Mediterranean flora offers a magical combination of oak and carob trees, olive, oleander and herbs such as rosemary, lavender, chamomile, sage and thyme. Of course you can also find citrus fruits such as oranges, lemons and mandarin trees. Altogether there are about 70 different types of trees or plants, apart from fruit and vegetables.
The income of the Finca from the agricultural sector are approximately € 20.000, – to 30.000, – per year.
