Very nice local on the first floor of a busy commercial center. Was originally used as an office then a cafe. Could be used for a variety of other option such as a consultancy, it has had work done to make it wheelchair friendly and has recently been redecorated.
It is bright and spacious with a small kitchen, toilet separate disabled toilet and a store room. It shares the first floor with a hairdressers, cafe and various other businesses so there is plenty of passing trade.
