We present this cozy villa in a perfect enclave of Marbella, Calahonda. The house consists of three floors. We enter through the main door and we find a large and bright living room at two heights, a part of sofa with fireplace for the colder days, and the dining room with large windows that give access to the private garden and the pool. In addition, we find the open and renovated kitchen, with a special Arab floor. We found two rooms on the ground floor, and both rooms share a bathroom with shower. On the second floor there is the master bedroom with full en-suite bathroom, bath and shower and a terrace with beautiful views of the sea and the mountains. In addition, on the third floor there is a large solarium with solar panel, and wonderful panoramic views.
Throughout the house there is parquet floor with heating. The house has a closed covered parking, and you can also park a second car inside the plot.
A gardener worth € 200 is included in the rental price for the pool and garden.
