Our project is situated in the popular area of Seghers known as the residential villa urbanisation just outside the Estepona town centre and short distance to the beach and boating marina from this elevated location. With that come the views of the coastline towards Gibraltar so our new build villa project of 2 levels with under-build basement would provide a good sized house that is well located with good access.
